Sec. 14-1. Definitions.
As used in this chapter, the following words, terms and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed in this section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Animal means dog, cat, bird, reptile, mammal, fish or any other dumb creature.
